What happens if you do not add a rel=dofollow to your links ?

Hi !

I have noticed that couple of sites who link to us do not add a rel=dofollow to our links. I wonder if Google recognize this as a do-follow or not.

Have you guys made any test ? adding do follow and without adding do follow ?
