I've been an SEO Specialist for the last couple of months.
The agency is decent when it comes to building sites and doing edits etc.
But they have no idea what they're doing when it comes to SEO and there is no real, clear, effective strategy. They have all these outdated tactics and flat out wrong way of doing things.
I've checked the handful of clients that appear on the first page and they were there since they signed up with us, so I know we didn't get them there. They've moved from position 10 to 8 in like more than a year; that doesn't sound right.
Clients are wanting to cancel and dropping off all the time because they don't see any results. Most actually even lose rankings.
They don't really seem to care to improve either.
They've become a churn and burn place and they keep bringing more sales people but not SEO people, so we are overloaded with clients.
