How do I identify the best keywords?

Hi Reddit!

I have downloaded the keywords for 15 competitors. It includes Search Volume, Keyword Difficulty, CPC, Traffic, Traffic Cost, Competition, etc.

Which of these metrics should I be looking at and what should I look for?
