Need advice moving forward. I have a domain name that has been used for years for our business, we are adding a new service and I have different business partners involved. Should I do SEO on old domain or new one with sole focus?!

Long time lurker here..... To clarify: Our medical practice has a ton of services we provide. The new one will be all for hormone replacement therapy and peptide therapies. We have a separate link in the menu of or site as well as it’s own pages, but we will be putting capital into SEO and for myself and other biz partner I don’t want to essentially fuel the other business operations on the main old established medical domain. So, is it best to use an established website but hyper focus attention to new service or use a brand new domain in which I have one good .com and a great .io for the hormone business. Help!!
