Help! Are you spammed by Semalt.com referral traffic On your GA?

In these days, I am always fighting with the spam referral traffic.

I tried to disable them using .htaccess.

But it not worked. Cause they have too many domains:

Like get-seo-help, autoseo-b2b-seo-service, 12-reasons-for-seo, 100-reasons-for-seo and more.

I updated, they updated and another domain name came. Endlesssss!

Questions:

1. How to block the spam traffic( Not block on GA )?
2. Are the spam traffic bad for SEO?
