Is there any way to set Google account preferences? IE use X account when you are on Analytics X when you are on search console etc.

I drive myself crazy when I go onto search console or analytics and it brings up the beginners course because I'm logged into my personal account.

Is there any way to set preferences for example:

When I open Gmail I want to use my work email

when I'm browsing I want to use my personal email

When I use analytics & search console & Keyword planner I want to use my overall business account.

If anyone knows of any other tricks or tips to help me save time please let me know
