A few curse words on my content. Is it bad for SEO?

I'm a blog owner, and due to the nature of my content, I can't make everyone happy.

So, some people disagree with me and left comments with curse words.

How would this affect the blog's position on Google? Would I lose some traffic because it's marked as not family-friendly?

I've got 3 options currently:

• Do nothing, as it's not a big deal
• Censor the curse words
• Delete the offensive comments

What would you do if you were me?
