I am a small business owner. I have a website that is broken into large topics. Each topic has several sub topic pages. I would like to tell Google to take all credibility or ranking scores for each sub topic page and apply if to the topic page.
For example. I have a page on Dogs. There are sub pages for labs, dalmatians, and corgis. The Dogs page has in depth information. The sub pages have lots of information, but some of it is duplicated from the Dogs page. Can I tell Google that any ranking strength or popularity that the dalmatians page receives should be applied to the Dogs page instead of the dalmatians page??
