I've coded several websites for fun, but I find myself limited by my abilities when I want to have proper and complex website. I've thought about classic CMS but they don't allow changes in the HTML and CSS and I just really don't like Wordpress.
Is there any CMS that has templates but still allows me to code some specific changes and with SEO tools ?
