Google Analytics: Custom Reports not showing all my pages?

I made a custom report in Google Analytics and for Dimension I used Pages. The problem is that my custom report is not showing all pages.

There are more pages on the website when I look into Behaviour > Site Content > All Pages

For example these pages are missing on the custom report view:

/contact/contact

/f-a-q/

/formsubmit/contact

/portfolio/zwangerschap/

/tarieven/baby-kind/
