To all the SEO guys who do keyword research and write an optimized post and submit it to Google webmaster tools, have you ever got top 3 for your primary keyword when it indexed?

Without building any links to it?

I came close I got about rank 7 after submitting it to google web master tools.

Is this based on your sites DA in that it will be based on how high up it ranks?
