TL;DR: Had custom metadata in Yoast plugin, all of it got deleted and reverted back to 'default'.
Essentially, i had a client website get updated with new copy and I went in, fixed things up for SEO and that included metadata and H1 headers.
Fast forward a month and a half and I've now noticed all metadata that was put into Yoast had been deleted and everything was set back to default ie: "Home - Website Name", "About Us - Website Name", etc.
I was wondering if anyone had come across this happening as a bug or weird glitch? The only thing I can think of happening is that someone has gone in and deleted it (another contractor possibly), but I'm hoping no-one could be that invested in ruining my work.
