Is it bad to copy an existing website to new domains and then modify content ?

I manage three static website for business exposure. The websites are not e-commerce sites. The goal is to provide information and visibility.

I’m currently optimizing a domain for SEO and fixing its html content.

Once I’m done, is it okay to copy this project entirely into the other domains and then update the content, meta tags, title etc as needed.

Is this bad for SEO as the websites are mostly identical with some different information.
