A web page hosted on Netlify was removed from Google's index for a 4xx or 5xx error. Am I screwed?

I host the site on Netlify, I've always believed Netlify had permanent uptime, but at 1am last night Google smartphone crawled it and found a "crawl anomaly" which is described as 5xx and 4xx error and the page was removed from Google. It was ranked 3rd on the main keywords I optimised it for.

I've requested a reindex, but will this significantly hurt my SEO efforts? And is Netlify a bad hosting service?
