Hello,
I maintain a blog and each blog post comes with two H1 tags. In first tag we would get the brand's/websites name and in second - post title. So if I create a content aiming for a specific keyword to rank for, I end up putting my keyword in the post title – a second h1 tag (first being company's name).
I use this google chrome extension SEOquake which shows my keywords' density and location (its whether meta description, title or h1 tag). On every single post i get that keyword in h1 tag is the company name, and the keyword I aim for is not recognized in h1 tag. Now it may be that the extension recognize only single H1 tag, but how is it with google? Thus, I have a quick question - would putting company name elsewhere (different tag) and leave single h1 tag with title (and keywords in it) improve my seo ranking?
