Avoid being obscured on search engines after threat

Hello,

a SEO company I had hired in the past to optimize my website is threatening me that if I don't pay more for their service they would obscure the website (I suppose on google). It looks a lot like extortion to me and it would be nice also to act with a lawyer but the company is not in my home country and thus it's very difficult to do something. Anyhow,my question is, what do you think I can do to avoid this?

I am obviously removing that user from my CMS website, changing the password of the server, database and ftp. What else could they act on? Maybe on something directly on google, semrush etc? I have no idea honestly.

Thank you for any help you can give.
