Cloudflare showing both http and https versions of pages what do I do?

I am thinking of stopping using cloudflare. I think having two versions of the page is not good for seo. Sometimes it shows http or https.

Some tools I tried today told me that.

I guess I could get the ssl certificate for my site. something i've thought of doing for a long time. but put it off.

but also thinking of quitting cloudflare.
