Hi Subreddit! My Agency (15 employees currently) is focusing on SEO and webdesign. A lot of our customers are looking for backlinks lately.
My Question: How can we (the agency) earn more money with Backlinks?
Current Situation: Most of the time we sell monthly SEO packages (15 hours) with a minimum running time of 1 year.
In these 15 hours is the backlink research integrated. We tell the customers each backlink research costs 2 hours. The costs of the backlink himself are additionally for the customer.
We recommend only 1 or 2 strong Backlinks each month. We look inside Facebook Backlinks-Groups to request the Backlinks of sellers. = 4 hours of the 15 monthly hours are for Backlinks.
Long story short: We don't get enough money for this obviously recommendable service. The SEO-Factor of qualitative Backlink-Building is really high.
Maybe someone has ideas to optimize our backlinkservice to gain more profit out of it?
