http still showing in audit tools but not from a user perspective

Hey everyone, I'm new to this sub, but have been doing seo for quite some time. I am not a dev, so I have a high level understanding of technical SEO but cannot implement. This may be a stupid question but I can't find specific advice about this anywhere else.

I have a client who has their SSL setup - everything is being redirected to https. However SEMRush and screaming frog are still crawling just their homepage and one other page as http.

Screaming Frog shows the homepage as a 307 HSTS policy and the other page as 302. In SEMRush I'm getting the following notifications:

  1. 2 subdomains don't support HSTS
  2. No redirect or canonical to HTTPS homepage from HTTP version

The odd thing is that there's no way to get to the http version as a visitor.

I'm going to tell the devs to make sure there's a 301 on the http version and update canonicals but any advice on why this is happening or where I can look to make sure something else isn't wrong?
