Have a domain that's about four and a half months old now. Trying to have it rank for a city of about 5.5 million. Now I was expecting more from my link building efforts. A mixture of outreach and guest posting netted me about 20ish links from different blogs. I was expecting this link building to have some impact but it's been non existent. For very small keywords I rank page 1 but generally I get no traffic.
I was expecting 20 links would have some impact, I've gone over my onsite SEO and compared it with page 1 and they're very similar.
Could Google be holding my site back for some reason?
