I have an article about different locations, and I link some parts of it to pages about realtors in specific areas. So my anchor texts in the article are long-tailed keywords such as "real estate agents in [location]".
One combination of "realtor + location" or "real estate agent + location" does not have any search volume. However, I need an anchor text to link to the page about the realtors in that location.
Should I keep my anchor text formula despite the fact? Or should I switch to the short-tailed "real estate agents" anchor text instead (which has a high search volume)? I know I can juxtapose the location to the short-tail anchor text, but I am just concerned about the inconsistency in the way this anchor text will be written compared to how the others were written.
Thanks in advance.
