The company I work for recently did a press release with a PR firm a few months back. A few days before our press release i found on google analytics that our website that we linked to the press release skyrocketed by around 3,000 users. This was a day or 2 before the release. I thought this was very strange. I’m wondering, do PR firms send bots to your website to increase SEO and make their generated reports look better?
