Hey!
I've noticed a lot of websites only show a snippet of an article and you have to click a read more button to expand the rest of the article. It doesn't take you to a new page but just seems to expand down further.
My questions:
- What's the purpose of this?
- Is there some SEO benefit to hiding most of the article?
- Is it just so the ads/related articles that are usually at the bottom of the page show higher in case you don't like the beginning of the article?
