Site title question

Let’s say my website is today.com

I put my site meta title as Today

The actual keywords I’m targeting all end with “today”

Google index will look this “Post headline - Today”

But since all the long tail keywords end in a sentence with today should I also add it to post title?

For example post title:

“How to create an ad on Facebook today”

Or should I make title...

“How to create an ad on Facebook”

So it will get indexed as “How to create an ad on Facebook today - Today” in first example.

Should I leave the keyword out of the post title and will the site title have an affect in this case?

I’m starting this new project soon and I have to get it right the first time, SEO is hard and takes a long time if you mess up the first time.
