What am I doing wrong? Having zero hits on website that has been up for over a year

I am looking for how I can improve my website to increase the number of views. The site has been up for over a year now and I have published some articles and video clips. In addition to this I have been sharing posts on twitter and LinkedIn to increase awarness and connect people to the website. Currently the website gets less than 10 hits a week and the 10 hits have 100% bounce rate :(
