Not in terms of what CRM, but how you manage your team and the deliverables, tasks, and so on.
The agency I work at uses a single Trello board for everything, listing clients under their assigned employee. So effectively each client is just a single list-item on Trello. I think it feels a little impractical so I'm looking around to see what other agencies are doing.
