Say you own a business in Malaysia. Would a .com (international) backlink of DA90 (yes I know DA are ridiculous, please entertain me) be better for your business, or would a local, say a .my website with DA20 be more powerful.
I am trying to understand the focus on Google when it comes to backlinks. Some websites with much weaker domain authority are able to outweigh those with much higher. But I do not think it is simply because they are based locally.
I don't know. I just hope someone here knows something. Cos I clearly dont.
