Which sitemap I should put in Google Search Console?

Hello guys, I have a WordPress site with a Yoast Generated Sitemap.

Should I put the Index Sitemap: sitemap_index.xml

Or just the Post Sitemap: post-sitemap.xml

I can see that in the index sitemap there are "Categories" and "Tags" pages, and in an SEO Tool, I can see that it lower the SEO score because of no content on these pages. It's this true?
