Losing the SEO fight to a 10 year old flash website with no SSL

My profession thankfully doesn't have much competition on Google. Most of the time I was in first page on Google, currently in second page. But some of the sites that have higher ranking has almost nothing decent. Some shitty flash website which only covers half of the screen, last updated in 2014 and no SSL. and it seems like they doesn't worked on that much for keyword. No decent backlink and so on.

I build my website with astra theme and elementor plugin. Its have similar results with other sites on page speed tess.

I could only provide backlinks from several LinkedIn accounts, Instagram and Facebook. Other pages also have backlinks to Instagram and Facebook, but not LinkedIn.

One of the drawback is I'm assuming some sites have part of the keyword on their website name. Let's say my keyword is "XYZ model" and some has "model" word on their website name and i don't. But I'm assuming that shouldn't be that much of a deal breaker against such poor websites. Because I see several website exceed despite not having any keyword on the name and have much bigger competition for Google ranking.

Any suggestions? I recently removed yoast SEO and installed SEO framework after months of poor results. (Also do I have to make some sort of code cleaning after that? Is there any plug in for that?)
