So as mentioned in my last post I've been in SEO for a little while now and currently I work with a few small service businesses who have some successful results as far as SEO goes in their respective fields; however, I feel as though my businesses isn't where it needs to be long term and short term as far as the monthly volume of clients I bring in month over month. I've thought about hiring a sales person but honestly I don't have enough money to do so yet as my business is still relatively small and many people are pretty discouraged with a strictly commission based pay structure no matter how lucrative I make it. I was speaking with another SEO expert and he said that I should consult some web developers instead as they might have people looking for SEO services and would likely recommend clients on a commission basis. Has anyone tried this strategy and if so was it successful?
