"URL not on Google" BUT getting it is in SERP

Hi everyone,

I run a recipe blog and need a little help with Google search console. Multiple recipes from the spring are stilling showing as "URL is not on Google" because the URL is unknown to Google.

However, if I google the URL it does show up in search. It also shows impressions within the performance tab (although it's quite far down in rankings, so no results).

Any idea why I'm seeing this discrepancy?
