Error in Sitelinks appearance in SERP

Hi guys

1. When we searched our website in google we got few site links but one link was showing an error in the title as "A PHP Error was encountered" and same with the description too. But the link is redirecting to one of service(link is working fine). What does this mean?
2. And I would like to know how does google consider the Title of automated site links in SERP
