Grandma site A and Grandma site B are completely different but share the same Google Forms/Slides, will it hurt G-Indexing?

Example, Grandma-Cookies.com, and GrandamamaRedCityCookies both have completely different content and site build, down to the periods and wordings.

I find Google Forms a free and alternative plug-in for quotes and orders. It works. But, I have the same forms on both websites.

Will it hurt G standing if this is the case since they're technically duplicates? Should I just suck-it up and create an entirely dedicated G form for the latter site then?
