Ok, so I'm building a website for someone who wants to sell shoes, suits and other stuff (e-commerce website), and I just wanted to know what's better in term of SEO :
nameofthesite/some-important-keywords/category-name
nameofthesite/category-name
Truth is, my boss wants me to add another page on my website in order to put more keywords in the URLs, even though the different categories are accessible from the frontpage.
Is it bad to do this ? Is it worth it ? I know that URLs are not that important anymore for SEO, and it could send a wrong message to Google who could be "confused" by the structure of my website... Thoughts ?
