Webmaster will not remove archived content prominent on my search results

Hello hope this is the right sub for this ! Around 2014 in high school, I posted my full name doing self promo on a few image board threads with verification photos, which are pretty embarrassing to me now. Some replies were made by others under my name with very abrasive language I would not like future employers to see. A number of these threads were archived in full on a dedicated separate archive website from the image board. My google results have included these archived threads (second page and on images) since then without much effort to find.

I recently emailed the webmaster of the archive site asking to consider removal of this content (even offering compensation). I got an initial response asking what post was being requested but nothing since. I get the feeling after looking at the archive, they didn’t like me, so doubt will get these deleted by the webmaster.

I am not sure what to do or if I have to just live with this forever. I have requested outdated removals on Google after asking other webmasters to remove content for SEO , but can’t see Google complying with removing an entire thread link still live and self-posted. Does anybody have any further steps I might be able to take here? Thanks in advance
