Blackhat SEO links and reporting invoicing?

For the guys working with agencies/client and purchase expensive BH links, how do you go about reporting and invoicing?

This might be a niche-y question, but seriously how can I explain those links who are obviously not white hat, and can't even produce an invoice for them by the source?

I'm referring to links that cost more than $500/m to maintain, and that typically do not show up on SEMrush / Ahrefs.

Cannot see myself delivering top results without these, which get things done and push websites in expensive niches to the top 3 positions. FYI, all clients KNOW about 'grey' tactics and are inbound only. These are not your barbers / local doctors, rather big name SaaS, gaming companies etc.
