How to crawl domains in bulk to find international versions of sites? (e.g. example.fr , example.com/fr-fr)

I'm looking to develop a service around international expansion to my Google Ads customers. I will export all of my client's landing pages from Adwords and then I'd like to know how to use a crawler to quickly find which domains have international an version. Is there a tool which does this automatically?
