Can a website SELLING chainsaws outrank a website renting them when someone Googles "Chainsaw Rentals"? The idea is the website selling the chainsaws is trying to convince people to buy not rent.

I hope you understand my question. I'll illustrate it better:

I have a bunch of chainsaws, I want to sell them, but people just rent them.

So I create a website explaining why you should buy a chainsaw instead of renting one.

When someone googles "Chainsaw Rental" is it possible that my website explaining why NOT to buy a chainsaw will outrank actual rental sites?
