I've doing lots of research on keywords. How to write SEO optimize content, how to research keywords. But I still feel like I'm not fully grasping the technique and art of keyword use.
I've been aming for long-tail for a small business, but I don't know if this is the way to go, since they have less searches but also less competition so it seems easier to rank for those.
On another note, for blog posts I don't know whether to go for long-tail and hopefully land an article on the first page or compete with the megamagazines and sites?
Can anyone advise me on whats the best reliable articles to read, there seems to be too much information to a point where it gets fuzzy.
