if all images in a gallery have same name, would it be considered keyword stuffing?

To elaborate a bit, heres an example.

I have an interior designer client.

She has a portfolio where all of the files are named "______ street interior design" (1), (2), etc.

Does google see this as stuffing the keyword "interior design?"

Could this negatively impact the site's rankings?
