What metrics should be taken into consideration to determine the quality of a link?

Hi guys,

I'm trying to catch up with SEO, I'm rusty!!

Currently I check at a site's Trust Flow, Citation Flow, DA and traffic to determine the quality of a link. But I'm seeing that a lot of people also check for PA. i've never really given much importance to PA, should I?

What other metrics show the quality of a site and what numbers should I use as a reference.

For example: I check that sites have a TF of above 20 and that the ratio is above 0.6, DA I check that it's above 40.

This sort of tells me that a site is on de descent spectrum. But I feel like these metrics are not enough, anything else I should be looking at?

Thank you!!!
