I received a backlink from a major tech news site(DA90+) and that article was posted onto multiple other sites with the do follow backlink included, it's been about a week and it shows up with every backlink checker I've used, (ubersuggest, moz) but it still hasn't shown in google search console or really affected my rankings.
Does Google search console usually take a while to show new backlonks?
