Hey guys,
I need some assistance building a sales pipeline.
Our creative marketing agency has recently decided to begin adding SEO consulting to their services.
There's been a lot of fumbling around the process as it's a new one. I want to build a sales and project management pipeline for the order of how the work will be performed.
I've done a fair amount of research into it myself but I wanted to chat to some people that maybe do SEO as a job currently, in order to get some real world feedback.
It currently looks as follows:
Request/Intial contact > Website Audit > Interpret > Recommend > Execution > Ongoing Project Management > Reporting > Innovation/Ideation
We are having a bit of a problem at the moment with the beginning of the process. As we don't have a set guideline, I find the consultants are spending too much time doing deeper research before we've officially been engaged by the company.
Any insight into what your pipeline looks like would be very helpful. Cheers.
