I'm in the process of trying to build backlinks for my new website. I've read everywhere to stay away from the Fiverr gigs promising 20+ high authority backlinks. One thing I was wondering about however is if there's any merit behind getting someone to post your guest article on their website, in exchange for a backlink.
This seems far less spammy, and assuming the guest posts are of reasonable quality, the website owner will also continually get new content. Has anyone tried this before?
Is this something to be avoided as well?
