How do I migrate from Yoast to another SEO plugin?

When I was just starting out I heard Yoast is very beginner friendly so I used it on my site. Since then, I've gotten really good at SEO and apparently Yoast slows a site down quite a bit, along with having a lot of useless features for most. Is there a way to migrate all my SEO data to another plugin like all in one seo without getting a headache?

I have over 500 articles and manually adding the seo title and description to all of them in another plugin would give me a headache. Along with that, there's no way it can be done in a day or two, meaning that if google crawls me it will refresh their cache so it wont have any custom titles and description and this will tank my keyword rankings.
