I am seeking help from anyone that might have advice. I opened a mobile locksmith operation in Hamilton, Montana in May. I immediately applied for my Google business page to be listed on local searches. My listing was immediately suspended and has remained that way ever since. I have spoken with more representatives at the Google Business phone service line than I can remember, and I have been told at two or three times that my listing would go live within a week if I submitted certain documents. At this point Google has more of my personal documents than I am comfortable with. I realized that a locksmith is a high risk business to them, so thus far I have submitted: my business license, my commercial insurance policy, my EIN, my commercial auto insurance policy, my Independent Contractor Exemption card form the state of Montana, my DBA approval letter from the Montana Secretary of State, and my Private Security Registration card from Texas where I previously worked for a locksmith company before relocating to open my own business. The listing is still suspended and no one will say why. I have read through the guidelines and we are in compliance with everything as far as I can see, and I have answered several of the emails saying our listing is not eligible asking why only to get the same response about it not following guidelines. I am at my wits end with this. My business is suffering because people cannot find me, and being listed on Bing, Yahoo, Yelp, and YP can only do so much. If anyone has any advice or knows who I can speak to it will be massively appreciated.
