Any "hacks" or tips to get over 300 URLs indexed?

Long story short, a developer added: "no index" to the whole of the website.
I was not working on them when this happened, they came to me to ask why it is happening.

I figured it out and removed the tag, I also saw that multiple other regions were being indexed over the correct region, after further investigation it wasn't an issue with hreflang but Google had added: "Google selected canonicals".
I'm hoping this is due to the "no index" and once these pages are reindexed the Google selected canonicals are removed.

The trouble is I have validated the fixes and resubmitted the sitemap over 2 weeks ago and they still haven't been indexed, the website is losing a huge amount of traffic because of this. I've tried manually submitting pages but it is taking forever to get through the list.

Are there any quicker methods for having them bulk indexed?
