Do I need a to set an "alternate hreflang" tag for every page of my site?

I've understood it this way:

On a spanish home page, I set an alternate hreflang to my english page like this:

<link rel="alternate" hreflang="en" href="url of english home page" />

But do I need to do this, for every single link? So for example, a separated tag for about us, for services and so on?
