Does anyone have tech guest post opportunities (not prettified PBN's) or vendors they could get me in contact with?

I'm just looking for guest post opportunities - I'm checking out Fiverr and 95% of it is crap as you can imagine - I'm just wondering if anyone can recommend some legit tech/web development sites for guest posting with dofollow links? Something that's worked for you?

Any help would be much appreciated.
