Domain names with dashes or without? Also, how much keyword matching is good?

Hey,

I heard domains matter less than before, but I'm still unclear on some things and got open questions. It would be awesome if someone could help me out a bit. I was wondering if anyone has a conclusive answer to these questions:

Is it better use a domain name with dashes or without? For example, is "computer-classes-new-york.com" or "computerclassesnewyork.com" better for SEO?

I've also read that too many keywords ('cheap-watches-in-london.uk') in domains don't help anymore, but I guess some keywords are still useful. Does anyone know how much matching is good and from when it turns to be a negative factor?

Cheers!
